Khaberni - The Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohammed al-Halbousi, has scheduled the presidential election session for next Tuesday.
The media department of the Iraqi Parliament stated in a brief report received, "The Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammed al-Halbousi, has set next Tuesday for the presidential election session."
In the same context, the Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein stated that 19 candidates will compete for the presidency, according to the Iraqi News Agency "INA".
Hussein indicated that he is the candidate of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and there are other candidates representing various parties.
