Khaberni - The Eastern Military Region, early on Sunday on its front and within its area of responsibility, thwarted three attempts to smuggle large quantities of narcotics loaded by balloons guided by advanced electronic devices. They were detected by border guard units and dealt with, shot down inside Jordanian territory, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department, and the seized items were transferred to the competent authorities for necessary legal actions.
