Khaberni - The weekly bulletin for oil derivatives and Brent crude prices in global markets showed variability during the third week of the current January compared to the price rates in the second week of the same month.
The average price of gasoline (Octane 95) reached $618 per ton, compared to $621, with a decrease of about 0.5%. The average price of gasoline (Octane 90) also decreased from $608 per ton to $603, with a decrease of about 0.8%.
In contrast, the average price of diesel rose from $568 per ton to $582, with an increase of about 2.5%. The average price of kerosene rose from $624 per ton to $632, with an increase of about 1.3%. The average price of fuel oil rose from $343 per ton to $359, with an increase of about 4.7%.
Moreover, the average price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas increased in the current January from $488 per ton to $520 in the previous December, with an increase of about 6.6%.
On the other hand, the average price of Brent crude slightly increased in the third week of the current January to about $67 per barrel, compared to $66 per barrel in the second week, with an increase of about 1.5%.
