After 8 Years of Disappearance The Fate of a Famous Egyptian Dissident Revealed

Khaberni - Egyptian media personality Mohamed El-Baz reveals the fate of the Egyptian politician and former parliamentarian Mustafa El-Nagar, who disappeared about 8 years ago in one of the most prominent cases that sparked widespread questions in Egypt.

According to El-Baz, Mustafa El-Nagar, who served as the head of the Egyptian Justice Party, met his death on the Egypt-Sudan border while attempting to escape the country to avoid enforcement of a judicial sentence issued against him in a case of "insulting the judiciary".

El-Baz explained that El-Nagar spent many years hiding in the desert with a group of smugglers before he died there.

El-Baz mentioned that El-Nagar had secretly left Egypt following the issual of a judicial verdict against him, and that he lived for a long period under harsh conditions in the desert before he met his mysterious end, the full details of which have not yet been disclosed.

Mustafa El-Nagar, born in 1970, a dentist and prominent political activist, was one of the leading figures of the Kefaya Movement, then became a member of the Egyptian Parliament after the January 25, 2011 revolution, and was elected as a deputy for the Dokki and Agouza districts. In 2013, he founded the Justice Party, which was considered one of the liberal parties with a civil orientation.

El-Nagar was subjected to judicial pursuit after the events of July 3, 2013, and was sentenced in absentia to imprisonment in a case of "insulting the judiciary", which prompted him to secretly leave the country.

Since then, he completely vanished from sight, and numerous rumors circulated about his fate, with some believing he may be hiding in an African or European country, while others fear he may have been subjected to enforced disappearance.
