Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Saturday a reply message from Major General Yousef Ahmad Al-Huneiti, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, responding to the message he had received from His Majesty today, and below is its text:
"My Lord, His Majesty the Supreme Commander of the Jordanian Armed Forces, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, may God protect you and take care of you,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you, and thereafter,
My Lord, the Supreme Commander,
Greetings of respect and pride for a wise leader with insightful vision, renewed zeal, unwavering determination, and continuous commitment to developing the Arab Army, to always fulfill the responsibility and trust in protecting the nation and its citizens in the best possible way. It is my honor, my great Lord, to comply with your command, sir, to prepare a strategy and a roadmap for achieving a structural transformation in the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army over the next three years.
My great Lord,
The enlightened thought and deep understanding in your royal message of the rapidly changing requirements and the interwoven regional and international challenges, serve as a motivation for the leadership of the Arab Army and its officers to work diligently and carefully to accomplish this strategy, and to move forward in the modernization and development journey that you lead, especially in light of the need to keep up with modern combat methods, technological developments, and artificial intelligence systems.
We will work according to your visions to achieve the desired qualitative development, and to enhance the efficiency and combat readiness of the members of the armed forces in its various branches, in addition to activating the role of research and development centers belonging to the valiant armed forces and restructuring the funds and investment companies and their administrations, in accordance with the highest professional standards.
My great Lord,
The men and women of the Hashemite Arab Army will remain, as you have always known them, the soldiers of the nation and its strong barrier. We follow your blessed approach and draw inspiration from your spirit of boldness, determination, and steadfastness in carrying out our national duty, always aspiring to live up to your good expectations and being worthy of your trust, faithful to your wise leadership and your exalted throne. May God protect you and care for you, my Lord, and guide your steps on the path of goodness, for He is the Hearing, the Responding.
