New leaks have revealed the exact dimensions of the screen notch in the upcoming Pro models.
According to the well-known leaker Ice Universe, the iPhone 18 Pro models will feature much smaller Dynamic Island notches, measuring 13.49 mm in width. For comparison, the notch width in the current iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max is 20.76 mm.
According to GSMArena, this change translates to a reduction in notch size by approximately 35% compared to the current models.
Recent rumors suggest that Apple may move the Face ID facial recognition technology components beneath the screen in the iPhone 18 Pro models.
It is also rumored that the upcoming flagship iPhone Pro models will use advanced LTPO+ OLED screens, which enhances energy efficiency and display smoothness.
