Khaberni - The Egyptian artist Mohamed Sobhi was transferred to a private hospital today, Friday, after suffering a sudden heart attack, necessitating urgent medical intervention to check on his health condition.
According to local newspapers, an informed medical source stated that Mohamed Sobhi arrived at the hospital to receive care and underwent a series of tests, indicating that his condition is under close monitoring, without determining whether the crisis is serious or mild as yet.
In the same context, a source close to the artist revealed that his condition is stable, and he is expected to leave the hospital later, after completing the tests, to gradually return to his normal life.
This development comes amidst Mohamed Sobhi suffering from some health issues over the past few months, where Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi ordered in November to provide full medical care for him and to monitor his condition comprehensively.
On the artistic front, the great artist was preparing to resume rehearsals next week for his play "Faris Yakshif Al-Mastoor," in preparation for its re-performances at his theater in Sinbil city. The play is a comedic, musical, and spectacular theater piece written and directed by him, featuring a cast of distinguished artists.
