Khaberni - Lebanese star Wael Kfoury returns to the Ramadan drama scene through presenting the theme song for the series "Bal Haram", scheduled to be shown during Ramadan 2026, in a new artistic experiment that enhances his presence in this type of work after a 5-year absence since his last theme song for the series "Downtown" which was aired in 2021.
"Eagle Films", headed by producer Jamal Sanan, announced the official joining of Wael Kfoury to the team to present the theme song of the series that will be aired on the Shahid platform and MTV channel, in a collaboration that marks the first time between the parties.
The series "Bal Haram" undergoes special preparations at all levels, whether in terms of script, direction, or drama treatment, which places it among the anticipated works in the Ramadan season and gives Kfoury's participation an additional dimension in terms of audience anticipation.
Wael Kfoury revealed that the theme song is titled "What Are You Waiting For", with lyrics by Ali Mawla, music by Salah Al Kurdi, and arrangements by Tim, and it is expected to be released soon amidst expectations that it will align with the emotional and human storyline presented by the series.
Kfoury's announcement of the song through his official accounts has sparked wide interaction on social media, where followers expressed their excitement to hear his voice during the holy month, considering that the theme song will add a unique quality to the drama work.
The series "Bal Haram" stars several luminaries of Lebanese drama, led by Maguy Bou Ghosn, alongside Bassem Mughniyeh, Takla Chamoun, Ammar Shalak, Toni Issa, Randa Kaadi, Cynthia Karam, and Tarek Tamim.
This work comes after Kfoury's first experience in presenting drama theme songs through the series "Downtown" in 2021, continuing his presence in this field today with a new step added to his artistic career.
Kfoury recently released a series of musical works, including "For the Last Beat," "Tick Tick My Heart" from his new album, and a patriotic song titled "We Are Returning".
