Strange Robbery Attempt in Egypt Relatives of a Patient Sneaks into Hospital to Stamp His Fingerprint on Property Sale Document

Khaberni  - Inside the intensive care unit of an Egyptian hospital where its occupants fight for their lives, two intruders attempted to seize the opportunity and snatch the fingerprint of a man in his coma on his property sale contracts, disregarding the "sanctity of death".

This shocking scene, which was discovered and stopped by one of the man’s relatives and hospital security before it turned into a disaster, was orchestrated by the man's son, his cousin, and an accompanying lawyer. They tried to force the patient (62 years old), who was in a critical condition, to sell his properties to them before his demise, in order to deprive the rest of the family from the inheritance.

The incident took place at Marhoum Hospital in Gharbia Governorate, North Egypt, and was discovered by one of the patient's relatives, who informed the hospital management, the attending doctor, and the administrative security personnel. They managed to detain the suspects and then notified the security authorities to take the necessary legal actions regarding the incident.

The security officers were successful in apprehending the suspects and led them to the Tanta police station to complete the legal procedures.

The incident occurred in the presence of a lawyer representing the suspects inside the intensive care unit, taking advantage of the patient's health condition.

The public prosecutor's office decided to release the three suspects pending further investigations while continuing to investigate the case.
