Al-Hussein Irbid defeated its counterpart Al-Jazeera with a score of 4-0, in the match that was held on Friday evening at Al Hassan International Stadium in the city of Irbid, as part of the opening of the eleventh round of the Professional Football League.
Al-Hussein Irbid's players scored the goals, with Aref Al-Hajj scoring in the 18th minute, Youssef Abu Jalboush "Saisa" in the 42nd and 90+3 minutes, and Mahmoud Khroub in the 66th minute.
With this victory, Al-Hussein Irbid temporarily moved up to second place in the standings with 24 points, ahead on goal difference over Al-Ramtha, while Al-Jazeera remained in sixth place with 11 points.
