Brazil closes the door on Real Madrid and decides Ancelottis fate

Khaberni - Brazilian press reports have stated that the Brazilian Football Confederation and Carlo Ancelotti have reached a verbal agreement to extend the Italian coach's contract with the Brazilian national team until the 2030 World Cup finals.

The sources mentioned that the official contract is expected to be signed next February after finalizing the final details, which reflects the confidence of the Brazilian Federation officials in Ancelotti's vast experience and his ability to maintain the team's competitiveness at the highest levels over the coming years, especially in major events like the 2026 World Cup and beyond.

The Federation officials see the renewal of the contract as a clear message of technical stability, betting on Ancelotti's extensive experience in managing major tournaments and working with top stars, in addition to his calm personality which has proven effective within the Brazilian team's locker room.

The new agreement will give Ancelotti a broad mandate to build the team for the long term, focusing on merging experienced elements with rising talents, within a vision aimed at fully restoring the prestige of one of the most decorated teams in the history of global football.

This comes amid news of Real Madrid's desire to re-sign him in the future.
