Khaberni - The kingdom will experience cold weather during the next four days, with chances of scattered rain showers, especially in the early morning hours of Friday, followed by relative stability and gradual improvement in temperatures starting Monday.
A report by the Meteorological Administration explained that Friday will see a slight rise in temperatures to record around the general averages, with partly cloudy and cold weather in most areas, and a chance of scattered rain showers in the morning, warning of reduced horizontal visibility at times due to dust, in addition to the risk of slipping on wet roads.
On Saturday, temperatures will drop slightly, and the weather remains cold with a possibility of light intermittent rain in the north of the kingdom and parts of the southeastern areas, with warnings of fog formation during the late night hours over high mountainous elevations.
On Sunday, the weather will stabilize relatively, with the weather remaining cold during the day and very cold at night, and a possibility of reduced horizontal visibility in the morning due to fog, especially over the highlands and plains.
On Monday, there will be a slight increase in temperatures, where the weather will be cold in most areas and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with warnings of reduced horizontal visibility at times due to dust, especially in the desert areas.
The Meteorological Administration called for following periodic updates and taking the issued warnings into consideration, especially when driving in foggy conditions or during rain.
