Khaberni - The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday evening, citing US officials, that Washington is considering a complete withdrawal of American forces from Syria.
This step would end a U.S. operation that has lasted a decade in Syria, which started in 2014 with the intervention of then-President Barack Obama in the war at the time.
This comes at a time when the Syrian government has ordered the Syrian Democratic Forces, America's long-standing military partner in the region, to dissolve itself, according to the newspaper.
