Khaberni - The Israeli occupation army claimed that it managed to thwart an attempt to smuggle ten pistols across the eastern border with Jordan on Wednesday night.
According to the spokesperson of the occupation army, a drone loaded with weapons was spotted while flying from Jordanian territory towards the occupied territories, and it was immediately dealt with to prevent its entry.
After bringing down the drone, the ten pistols were found and taken to the relevant security authorities to continue investigating the source of the weapons and the purpose of their smuggling, according to a statement from the occupation army.
