Khaberni - His Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, met today, Wednesday, with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Barham Salih, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum hosted by the city of Davos, Switzerland.
His Highness congratulated the High Commissioner on the occasion of his election victory that was held at the end of last year, wishing him success in his term.
The meeting explored ways to enhance cooperation between Jordan and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, to continue supporting the provision of services to refugees.
The meeting emphasized the necessity for the international community to take responsibility towards the host countries of refugees, to enable them to continue providing services to them.
Attending the meeting were the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Zeina Toukan, Minister of Investment, Dr. Tarek Abu Ghazaleh, and the Director of the Crown Prince's Office, Dr. Zaid Al Baqain.
