Khaberni - A delegation from the Brothers by Allah initiative visited the president of the General Union of Petroleum and Chemical Workers, and the president of the Regional Union of Cooperative Societies in Zarqa Governorate, Khaled Al-Zioud, where he was honored in recognition of his efforts in serving the community and public work, and his continuous support for the issues of the needy, apart from any personal interests or electoral considerations.
The organizers of the initiative, a volunteer group comprising seniors and retirees with extensive experience, confirmed that this visit and honor are part of their approach based on supporting hotspots and the needy who have lost their ways, away from regionalism, sectarianism, and social tensions, with self-funding and without any official cover or special goals.
They explained that the choice of Al-Zioud was based on indicators related to public service and genuine community impact, away from flattery and personal relationships, pointing out that the initiative’s recognition relies on criteria stemming from the members' convictions and human instincts.
For his part, Khaled Al-Zioud expressed his pride in this honor, considering it different from others, as it comes from a popular voluntary body that operates silently and does not seek gains or media presence, asserting that this type of appreciation carries great moral value.
Al-Zioud said that the Brothers by Allah initiative represents a genuine model of volunteer work based on serving the needy and providing relief to the distressed in pursuit of God's satisfaction, appreciating the efforts of its members and the support they provide at their own expense.
Al-Zioud also appreciated the initiative’s honoring of Dr. Hameedan Al-Zioud, describing him as “the human doctor” who earned everyone's trust and rightfully deserved the title of the doctor of the poor.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Zioud wished the initiative members success, reward, and a good end, emphasizing the importance of these popular initiatives in reinforcing the values of solidarity, compassion, and genuine national work.
