Khaberni - Amman, January 21, 2026: In its continuous efforts to enhance financial inclusion and accelerate the pace of transformation towards the digital economy in Jordan, Zain Cash signed a strategic partnership agreement with Jeeny - the leading platform in smart transportation services - aiming to provide flexible digital payment solutions for drivers, enabling them to manage their daily digital financial transactions smoothly and safely.
This partnership is part of Zain Cash's strategy to expand its base of beneficiaries from its innovative digital financial services and to consolidate financial inclusion, empowering individuals, particularly Jeeny's partner drivers, to access the digital financial services provided by Zain Cash, which contributes to enhancing their financial stability. It also reflects Zain Cash's commitment to building a sustainable digital society.
Under this partnership, Jeeny drivers will be able to open their own Zain Cash wallets and activate them on their designated Jeeny driver accounts through Jeeny offices or Zain showrooms. They will also be granted free Zain Cash cards to help them complete their financial transactions easily and securely. Soon, Jeeny vouchers/cards will be listed on the Zain Cash app, allowing users of Zain Cash cards and services to purchase and use them directly through the application.
As part of this cooperation, Zain Cash participated as an official sponsor of the (Summit Event) hosted by Jeeny to honor the drivers, with the sponsorship of Zain Cash for the event recognizing the drivers' efforts and their role in providing a distinctive experience for users. Zain Cash also awarded cash prizes to the honored drivers, valued up to 300 Jordanian Dinars for each driver, as part of its continued support for its partners.
Since its launch in 2011, "Zain Cash" has become a major player in the sector of digital financial services and prepaid cards in Jordan and is the largest issuer of Mastercard cards in the Kingdom. Zain Cash offers a wide and diverse range of digital financial services. Users of the "Zain Cash" wallet can complete their financial transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, purchases from various points of sale like shops, restaurants, etc., and shop online both locally and internationally using the Zain Cash Mastercard provided to "Zain Cash" subscribers upon opening a wallet. The company also offers its credit cards in compliance with Islamic Sharia provisions, in three categories (Classic, Platinum, and Global), without interest or fees, aiming to provide more benefits to its users and offer comprehensive financing solutions, enabling them to manage their money better. Zain Cash grants its credit cards launched in cooperation with "Mastercard" with limits starting from 100 Jordanian Dinars up to 5000 Jordanian Dinars, without the need for salary transfer and without card issuance fees.
