Telecommunications Regulatory Authority received 6472 complaints in 2025

Khaberni - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority received last year, 6472 complaints related to beneficiary services, while the number of closed complaints from them was 5926 according to the authority's data.

The data showed that the number of internet service complaints was 3905, the number of mobile service complaints was 2389, the number of fixed service complaints was 96, the number of postal service complaints was 73, and the number of vehicle tracking complaints was 9.

In another context, the revenues transferred from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to the state treasury last year amounted to 95.646 million dinars.

The data also showed that the total of customs data processed in the authority's external offices was 25026.
