Khaberni - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that more than one million households in Kyiv are still without electricity after recent Russian airstrikes on the capital.
Zelensky added in his recorded nighttime speech, "In Kyiv alone, even this evening, over a million households are still without electricity. In addition, a large number of buildings are without heating, over 4000 residential buildings."
