Khaberni – The Ministry of Education stated that there is no intention to extend the winter holiday in public schools until the beginning of February, comparable to private schools.
The ministry confirmed to «Khaberni» that the school calendar for the academic year 2025/2026 is stable and has been approved since the beginning of the school year, and it has been circulated to all directorates and schools without any modifications.
The ministry's response came amid rumors and demands circulating among parents and students regarding the extension of the winter holiday, which officially ends on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
