Jordan follows the technical outage on the Nusk platform

Khaberni - Bilal Robein, the spokesperson for the Association of Travel and Tourism Agents, stated that the association is closely monitoring the technical issue that has occurred on the "Nusk" electronic platform, an approved platform used to organize and manage Umrah and Hajj procedures electronically. This outage will affect the completion of some Umrah trips and cause their delay.
Robein explained to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), the possibility of postponing a number of Umrah trips scheduled for this week, due to these technical issues beyond the control of the Hajj and Umrah companies.
He confirmed that the association is in continuous contact with the relevant authorities to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, ensuring the rights of the pilgrims and the Hajj and Umrah companies, urging the pilgrims to understand this emergency situation and to follow any updates that will be announced as soon as they are available.
He also urged the pilgrims not to travel or head to border crossings and airports before ensuring the issuance of the visa and officially obtaining it, to avoid any problems or delays that may result from this.
