Khaberni - Barcelona has received a strong blow regarding Ferran Torres, the Catalan team's striker, before facing Czech Slavia Prague, according to Spanish media reports.
Barcelona is scheduled to visit Slavia Prague on Wednesday evening in the seventh round of the UEFA Champions League.
The Spanish newspaper "AS" indicated that Ferran Torres will not travel with Barcelona to the Czech Republic to face Slavia Prague.
The Spanish striker finished the match against Real Sociedad suffering from knee tendon pain and will therefore miss the upcoming match.
This is not the first time this season that the Spanish player has had problems with his knee tendons.
Torres was absent from the fields for several weeks in mid-October due to strain that later turned out to be more severe than initially expected.
Thus, Ferran Torres will join the list of players absent from Barcelona's trip, which includes Lamine Jamal due to suspension.
The Spanish star has scored 15 goals and made one assist in 27 matches he played with the Catalan team across all competitions this season.
