Khaberni - Today, the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Sheikh, announced that Riyadh Season has reached 14 million visitors, in a new achievement reflecting the strong interest in the season's events and the diversity of its experiences, reaffirming its status as one of the most prominent entertainment seasons globally.
Al Sheikh explained that this number reflects the momentum witnessed in the capital, Riyadh, and the strength of content provided by Riyadh Season through events that combine arts, concerts, international shows, plays, and various entertainment experiences, within a comprehensive experience targeting different groups and tastes.
Recently, Riyadh Season witnessed several major events and activities that enjoyed broad attendance and significant interaction, one of the most notable was the Joy Awards 2026, which brought together stars and influencers from the Arab world in an exceptional night that honored artistic and creative achievements.
The season also recently hosted the international music evening, A Night of Honour & Heroes, which offered a sophisticated orchestral experience featuring the Royal Marines Band Service, in a unique show that combined precise musical performance and carefully designed visual scenes.
This achievement is an extension of the Riyadh Season's event program, which continues to offer renewed content attracting visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom, within an entertainment system that contributes to enhancing Riyadh's stature as a major entertainment destination.
The season's main areas have seen broad public attendance, led by "Boulevard City" with its diverse experiences and comprehensive entertainment content, and "Boulevard World," which transports visitors through multiple cultures in one destination, alongside "Via Riyadh" with its sophisticated experiences, and "The Groves" with its different atmospheres combining artistic styles and distinctive entertainment venues.
