Saudi Arabia Execution of 3 Citizens Convicted of Terrorist Crimes

Khaberni  - The Saudi Ministry of Interior announced, on Sunday evening, the execution of the death sentence (ta'zir) against 3 Saudi citizens, stating that they were convicted of "committing terrorist crimes," according to a statement issued by the ministry and published by the Saudi Press Agency “SPA”.

The Saudi Ministry of Interior said in its statement: "Hussein bin Salem bin Mohammed al-Amri, Saud bin Hleel bin Saud al-Anzi, and Bassam Mohsen Maran al-Subaie, committed terrorist crimes, which involved joining a foreign terrorist organization, placing explosive devices in security vehicles with the aim of executing killings among security personnel, and harboring a number of terrorist elements," according to the SPA.

The Ministry added: "By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to capture the aforementioned individuals, and investigations led to their being charged with committing those crimes. They were referred to the competent court; a verdict was issued confirming the allegations against them and their execution (ta'zir), and the judgement became final after being endorsed by the authority, and a royal decree was issued to enforce what was decreed by Sharia."

The Interior Ministry confirmed that "the execution order (ta'zir) was carried out against: Hussein bin Salem bin Mohammed al-Amri, Saud bin Hleel bin Saud al-Anzi, and Bassam Mohsen Maran al-Subaie, on Sunday, 29/7/1447 Hijri, corresponding to 18/1/2026 Gregorian, in the Riyadh region," as the statement mentioned.
