Khaberni - A group of public schools announced the commencement of distributing laptop computers to ninth grade students included in the technical support plan, in the school premises starting from today, and according to an approved organizational mechanism that ensures the smoothness and accuracy of the procedures.
This measure is part of the strategic direction of public schools towards enhancing digital transformation in education, supporting the educational process with modern technical tools that contribute to developing students' digital skills, and enabling them to keep up with the requirements of smart learning, which positively reflects on the level of academic achievement and quality of educational outcomes.
The school administrations confirmed in a circular to parents, which "Emirates Today" viewed, the importance of the parent's personal attendance at the specified time, emphasizing the necessity of adhering to the approved regulatory controls, which include bringing a copy of the parent’s Emirates ID, and a copy of the student's ID, in addition to handing over the old device to replace it with the new one, according to the procedures approved by the competent authorities.
The administrations clarified that no new device will be delivered if the old device is not brought in, noting that in cases of loss of the device or its prior submission to the technical support center or the previous school, it is necessary to provide official proof accredited by the relevant entity to complete the delivery procedures.
The school administrations invited parents to review the lists of students included in the distribution in advance and to ensure that their children are included, affirming that compliance with instructions contributes to accomplishing the distribution process efficiently and without any delay.
