Khaberni - Middle East University has inaugurated the Next Level Arena in building (G), in a move reflecting the university's direction towards developing quality student facilities, and enhancing an integrated environment that includes a large library of video games, and entertainment facilities to match the aspirations and contemporary interests of students.
The inauguration was sponsored by the vice chairman of the board, Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al Din, along with a number of specialists, and a group of students.
Dr. Nasser Al Din stated that the university is working on providing a comprehensive system of educational and recreational services for its students, aligning with national directions affirming that Jordan is qualified to become a regional center for electronic sports. He pointed out that the Next Level Arena project comes as a direct response
to student interests, and keeps up with the cultural and technological changes imposed by contemporary university lifestyles.
The opening event also included the launch of special tournaments for the game Billiards, alongside the announcement of competitions in FC26 on the PS5 platform, and Fortnite on PC (PC).
