Both parties confirmed the following:
- Praising the outstanding level and steady growth in the strong bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, based on ties of brotherhood, their earnest effort to enhance them further across all levels to serve the interests of both countries and peoples, in a manner that embodies the supreme directives and wise vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and his brother His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, may God protect and care for them.
- Building on the outcomes of meetings between His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein and his brother His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, most recently the visit of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on September 17, 2025, which resulted in opening wider cooperation prospects between the two brotherly countries.
- The committee's welcome of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan concerning bilateral political consultations, and memorandums of understanding in the areas of tourism, business events, endowments, and Islamic and Christian holy affairs, and in the field of youth and sports.
- Expression of gratitude by the Qatari side for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for standing by the State of Qatar during the unfortunate events that it faced during the year 2025, including the Iranian attack on several American bases, such as Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar on June 23, 2025, and the Israeli raids that targeted a residential area in Doha on September 9, 2025.
- The centrality of the Palestinian cause, the end of the Israeli occupation, and their firm and supportive stance toward the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them the right to establish their independent sovereign state on the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, on the basis of the two-state solution, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy and the Arab Peace Initiative.
- The welcome of the committee for the establishment of the National Committee for the Management of the Gaza Strip on January 14, 2026, as a temporary transitional body established according to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803, as part of the milestones of the second phase of the comprehensive peace plan, and the importance of the National Palestinian Committee assuming the tasks of managing the daily affairs of the sector's residents, and paving the way for the return of the Palestinian National Authority to take on its responsibilities in the sector, while maintaining the link between the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and the unity of the occupied Palestinian territory, as well as welcoming the announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump of the formation of the Peace Council.
- Warning of the serious escalation and unilateral Israeli measures in the occupied West Bank and the need to stop all actions that undermine the two-state solution and lead to more tension and conflict.
- The categoric rejection of any attempts to displace the Palestinians from their land; a red line, a blatant breach of international law and international humanitarian law, and a flagrant infringement on the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people to remain on their land and establish their Palestinian state.
- The historic Hashemite custodianship of the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, assumed by His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, in protecting their Arab Islamic and Christian identity, and preserving the historical and legal status of Jerusalem and its holy sites. - Support for efforts aimed at achieving a comprehensive political solution that guarantees the Republic of Yemen a safe and stable future that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people, calls for calm, cessation of escalation, and the promotion of dialogue and handling of existing issues among the Yemeni brothers through understanding and through political solutions by consensus that benefit the Republic of Yemen and its people, and contribute to regional security and stability.
- The necessity of stopping Israeli aggression against Lebanon, supporting its security, stability, sovereignty, efforts to empower its national institutions, and the necessity to comply with the implementation of the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel in all its articles.
- Support for efforts aimed at resolving crises and overcoming challenges in the sisterly Republic of Sudan and the State of Libya, in ways that preserve their security, unity, stability, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of their citizens.
- The outright refusal and condemnation of Israel's declaration recognizing the "Land of Somaliland" located within the Federal Republic of Somalia, an unprecedented act entailing serious implications for peace and security in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea region, and disrupting international peace and security, and clearly displaying a disregard for international law, and a blatant violation of the rules of international law and the United Nations Charter, which affirmed respect for the sovereignty of states, their unity, and the integrity of their territory.
