The employee reads the news while thinking beyond the lines, and follows up the statement linking it to his file and responsibility, and deals with the information not as completed news, but as an initial indication of a path that might form later on. Thus, media accompanies the employee to his office, infiltrates into his discussions, and gradually influences his perspective on what is coming.

From this standpoint, the employee handles official news with professional caution similar to monitoring weather changes before starting a long workday. One statement opens the door to internal questions, while a brief news piece triggers a series of reviews to procedures he is accustomed to. With accumulated experience, many employees realize that media does not stand outside the institution but sometimes precedes it in revealing its general trends.

In the service ministries, the employee faces daily pressure created by media coverage and public engagement with it. The service window receives the reflection of the news, and the phone receives the impact of the report, making the employee feel that the media is present in every detail of the work.
