Professional clubs request a meeting with the Prime Minister

Khaberni  -  Professional clubs have expressed their desire for a meeting with the Prime Minister to explain the extent of suffering and financial crisis they are experiencing, and to discuss ways of support and possible solutions that ensure the continuity of the clubs' operations, enabling them to perform their sports and national role in the best possible manner.

This was stated during a meeting held at Al-Ramtha Club, to discuss the major issues related to the reality of Jordanian football and the requirements of the next phase.

Regarding the financial situation, the clubs confirmed that there is a real financial crisis and suffering currently faced, and decided to assign representatives of the professional clubs at the Jordan Football Association to follow up on the financial issues of the clubs, including compensating the clubs for the periods of suspension, and following up on the outputs of the financial committee in the association, in a way that serves the clubs' interests and enhances their financial stability.

Issued by professional clubs at Al-Ramtha Club, the statement confirmed, following their meeting which was convened at the invitation of Al-Ramtha Club, the discussion of major issues related to the reality of Jordanian football and the requirements of the upcoming phase.

During the meeting, the clubs reaffirmed their full support for the wise Hashemite leadership, their ongoing support for the sports and youth journey in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, besides their unwavering support for the Jordanian national team in various upcoming commitments, meeting the aspirations of the Jordanian fans and enhancing the presence of Jordanian football at all levels.

The professional clubs also renewed their support for HRH Prince Ali bin Hussein, the head of the Jordan Football Association, supporting his plans and strategies, which contributed to the historic achievement of the national team reaching the World Cup finals.

At the end of the meeting, the professional clubs emphasized their keenness to unify efforts and enhance ongoing coordination among themselves and with the Jordan Football Association, contributing to the development of the Jordanian football system and achieving more local and international accomplishments.
