Khaberni - U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a 10% customs tariff on Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, over the Greenland issue, set to be implemented on February 1st.
Trump stated that the customs duty rate imposed on the concerned countries will rise to 25% starting from June next year, if no progress is made in the matter.
He confirmed that these tariffs will remain in effect until a deal is reached that allows the United States to acquire Greenland.
