Al-Jaghbeer added: “The Jordanian industry, as one of the most prominent sectors supporting the national economy, has witnessed significant development over the past decades due to the support and patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, and before him, the late King Hussein. The industry contributes to about 25 percent of the total Jordanian economy, with the number of workers in the industrial sector exceeding 250,000, constituting 22 percent of the total workforce in all economic sectors.”
