Real Madrid Threatens North Stand Fans with Strict Penalties

Khaberni -  Spanish media reported that Real Madrid management took an unexpected step against the "Merengue" fans.

Cadena Ser newspaper clarified that Real Madrid has informed the "Grada de Animacion" supporters group of its decision to review surveillance camera recordings at the Bernabeu stadium following the Levante match on Saturday, in a move aimed at tackling what the club described as unacceptable behavior in the stands during recent times.

The club explained, as reported to the group, that any fan proven to be involved in whistling or negative chanting against the team from within the designated cheering stand will face a ban from entering the "Grada de Animacion" directly, with no exceptions.

The decision conveyed a firm message from the club's management, stating that those wishing to express their dissatisfaction or whistle can do so outside the stadium walls, clearly indicating Real Madrid's desire to maintain a supportive environment for the team within the Bernabeu, especially during critical stages of the season.

This move comes amid increasing debate about the atmosphere in the stands and the reactions of fans towards the team's performance in some recent matches, where the management sees that the cheering stand should be a support and motivation element, not an additional source of pressure on the players.

The decision is expected to provoke wide reactions among Real Madrid fans, with supporters considering it a necessary step to protect the team, and opponents viewing it as a restriction on freedom of expression within the stadium, at a time when the club is striving to enforce strict discipline within its stands.
