Khaberni - The White House has announced the members of the Peace Council in Gaza.

United States President Donald Trump has officially revealed the members of the "Peace Council," tasked to oversee the implementation of the second phase of his plan to end the war in Gaza, specifically the reconstruction and disarmament of the sector.

At the same time, another entity was announced that will operate under the supervision of this council and above the announced Palestinian committee, and it is supposed to actually manage what is happening on the ground.

According to the White House statement, the members of the council are: Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, the President's son-in-law Jared Kushner, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Qatari official Ali Dhuwadi, head of Egyptian Intelligence General Hassan Rashad, American billionaire Mark Rowan, UAE Minister of International Cooperation Reem Al Hashimi, former UN Envoy to the Middle East Nikolai Mladenov, Israeli real estate magnate Yakir Gabbai, and UN Envoy Sigrid Kaag.

It was also reported that a Peace Council has been formed, which will operate during Trump's presidency, tasked with supervising the implementation of the twenty-point plan, mobilizing international resources, ensuring accountability, and coordinating between the relevant parties.

According to the statement, the National Committee for Managing Gaza has been formed, which will manage the sector during the transitional period. The committee will be chaired by Dr. Ali Shaath, who will be tasked with restoring public services, building civil institutions, and stabilizing civilian life in Gaza, paving the way for sustainable governance.

The statement added: "In support of the High Representative's office and the Gaza Action Committee (the Palestinian technocratic government), an Executive Council for Gaza is being established. This council will contribute to promoting good governance and providing excellent services that enhance peace, stability, and prosperity for the inhabitants of Gaza."

Nikolai Mladenov has been appointed as the High Representative for the Gaza Peace Council, and his mission includes coordinating between the council and the civil government in Gaza, and overseeing governance, reconstruction, and development areas.

It was also announced the creation of an international force to achieve stability, charged with maintaining security, executing a comprehensive withdrawal, and ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid and reconstruction materials. This force will be led by General Jasper Jeevers.

The statement also confirmed that the United States will work in cooperation with Israel, Arab countries, and other active international entities to implement the plan, and it called on all parties to cooperate with the civil government in Gaza, the Peace Council, and the international stabilization force.
