Khaberni - The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that journalist Faisal Al-Timimi, who specializes in economic affairs, was rushed to the government hospital in Zarqa on Friday night after he was assaulted with sticks by two unknown individuals in front of his home in the city of Zarqa.
The source indicated that investigations into the incident have begun to identify the assailants and arrest them.
Two masked individuals attacked him using iron rods, without any apparent reason or warning, according to what Al-Timimi told Khaberni.
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred right in front of the journalist's house, where the two individuals attacked him and deliberately damaged his vehicle, creating a state of extreme panic and fear among his children and wife, who were inside the house at the moment of the attack.
