The Supreme Administrative Court issued a final decision appointing engineer Muawiya Mohammed Salem Al-Tarawneh as the Director of Water Management in Karak, following the acceptance of the complaint against the decision of the Minister of Water to appoint Saddam Al-Haroub in the same position.
The judgment – details of which were viewed by the Khaberni site - was reached after proving that the decision violated the provisions of the civil service system and exceeded legal principles and due procedures in appointment.
According to the decision, the court found that the contested decision lacked a legitimate element and required annulment, and obligated the contested party to pay the fees and expenses.
