Khaberni - Ashley Saint Clair, the mother of one of American businessman Elon Musk’s children, has filed a lawsuit against the billionaire over fake indecent images created using artificial intelligence.
The images depict Ashley in sexual scenes, created by Musk's company-developed artificial intelligence model Grok, according to "NBC News".
The report states that Ashley Saint Clair filed a lawsuit on Thursday against Musk's AI-focused subsidiary company xAI, accusing it of negligence and causing her psychological harm, after allowing users of the AI tool Grok to create fake images depicting her in compromising positions, despite her repeated complaints and without taking adequate measures to curb these practices.
The channel noted that the lawsuit comes in the midst of an ongoing scandal lasting several weeks about the use of Grok model to produce sexually explicit AI-generated images, including digitally removing clothing from original photographs.
According to the media, it was recently revealed that the neural network Grok has been recurrently used to create pornographic content, causing dismay among authorities in various countries.
As a result, the robot was temporarily banned in Indonesia and Malaysia, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his intention to ban the entire X social network due to this feature in Grok.
In addition, the European Commission threatened X network on Tuesday with severe consequences if it does not rectify Grok's operation within the European Union.
