Khaberni - European stocks closed mixed on Thursday, driven by strong gains in stocks of AI-linked semiconductor companies, following the announcement of record earnings by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).
The European STOXX 600 index ended the session up at 615 points, an increase of 0.56 percent, with most stock exchanges and key sectors posting gains, according to the (CNBC) network.
The French CAC 40 index declined by 0.21 percent to 8,313 points, while the British FTSE 100 index rose by 0.54 percent to 10,238 points.
The German DAX index increased by 0.35 percent to 25,374 points.
