Khaberni - The Economic and Social Institution for Military Retirees and Veterans announced that, based on the decision of the Executive Council to stop the operation of the Takaful fund and stop collecting subscriptions, starting from the date 1/8/2025, it has been decided to start refunding the amounts that were deducted from the subscribers in the fund, in a specific mechanism and in phases.
The institution explained that the first phase will include the full refund of subscriptions for members who joined the Takaful fund during the year 2011, where all the amounts deducted from them will be completely disbursed.
The institution confirmed that the disbursement of entitlements will be done gradually and in batches through Cairo Amman Bank, without the need to visit the institution, as the amounts will be automatically transferred to the beneficiaries as their turn comes, according to the approved arrangement.
Please note that the announcement of the date for the disbursement of the first batch will be made later once the administrative and technical procedures required are completed.
The institution affirmed its high appreciation for the military retirees, valuing their understanding and cooperation, and emphasizing that the work is ongoing and responsibly to serve them and protect their rights, with a spirit of partnership and mutual respect.
