Khaberni - A leaked video from the filming backstage of the movie "Marriage or Funeral" featuring stars Nelly Karim and Sharif Salama, showed Nelly falling from the boat she was on with Sharif in the Nile and nearly drowning during one of the movie scenes, with Sharif attempting to save her.
In response to a question about the authenticity of this video, Sharif Salama posted the original video clip on his Instagram account, which showed that the scene was part of the filming, and that Nelly's fall into the water was part of the story. He also clarified that the water level was not deep, evidence being Nelly standing in the water at the end of the scene and beginning to walk out of the river as the director called the end of the shot.
Sharif commented on the video saying: "The leak of 'Marriage or Funeral' unforgettable moments, last mess up and sorry Nelly," humorously referring to the scene's backstage.

It is noted that the movie "Marriage or Funeral" has achieved high box office earnings, ranking third among the currently displayed films in Egypt.
