Khaberni - The teams of the joint services council for Al-Mafraq governorate, today on Tuesday, worked on pumping water accumulations in several locations within the framework of their field activities to deal with the effects of the weather depression affecting the kingdom.
The council president, engineer Mohammed Mut'eb Al-Shamali, stated that the teams and machinery were present in Al-Dababa roundabout area in Al-Mafraq city, and Al-Sarhan areas to pump rainwater accumulations around the roundabout and widen the watercourse and drain the rainwater accumulations in Al-Mghayyer Al-Sarhan area belonging to Al-Sarhan municipality.
He added that work was also done to widen the rainwater drains along with pumping rainwater from areas like Al-Ghadeer Al-Abyad belonging to Greater Al-Mafraq municipality, and Al-Hamra belonging to the new Hussha municipality.
He pointed out that these efforts come within the framework of the joint services council of Al-Mafraq governorate's commitment to serve the citizens and respond to their requirements around the clock.
