The Almighty said : ((Indeed, the best of those you employ is the strong and trustworthy)) Al-Qasas - Verse 26
And it is attributed: Wisdom is the lost property of the believer, wherever he finds it he takes it.
And in popular saying: - (The right man in the right place).
Now that we have finished participating in the Arab Cup and its accompanying repercussions (sweet and bitter), we must derive lessons and morals not only at the level of results but on all levels, especially the strategic and administrative dimensions and so on....
I say: The one who looks at what (the late remembered) Captain Jamal Salami wrote for Nashama is a model in dealing with reality and putting things in perspective on the green field without considering any matter that might disrupt his football strategy...
Salami began correctly in his lineup for the national team, making sure first and foremost to place each player where he should be so that the purpose (and it almost did) is achieved without regard to the name of the club he belongs to or the region he came from, as the most deserving is the one who competes and proves himself, otherwise the door is open to everyone to confirm their readiness. And this is what happened with Nashama; we saw our team in its third game against Egypt (which only meant (celebration) of qualifying to the second round)
I say: We saw it with new names not used to by us shine, excel, and achieve a big win over the children of Kinana who played for the win that would (if achieved) take them to the second round!..
I wonder, what is the reason that made our national team continue its proud journey in the cup and reach the final? ...
In my opinion, the main reason is that Salami built his strategy on the principle of (the right player in the right place) and survival of the best, and no room for imposition on the national team no matter how high (the player’s) heel and great his importance and no interference from the influential or the interlopers or others.
There is no regionalism in the team, no sectarianism, no nepotism, no seats are distributed, no geographical areas, no humanitarian cases, nor less or more fortunate and so on..
Thus, he succeeded. ((And therein let the competitors compete)) Al-Mutaffifin - Verse 26.
And in the end, it would be good if those charged with forming governments would adopt Salami's method of placing the right minister in the right place and generally the right official in the right place without considering any other considerations. Would we achieve progress, and why not since Salami had no one interfere in his lineup and he was responsible for the results, the results were good, and the responsibility was admirable.
Wasn't he honored by the Lord of the country with Jordanian nationality, considering him one of those who made national achievements that many others could not achieve?
The Almighty said ((So as for the foam, it passes away as scum, and as for what benefits the people, it remains on the earth)) Al-Ra’ad - Verse 17.
