Khaberni - Syrian Interior Minister, Anas Khatib, at the ministry's headquarters in Damascus, received a delegation from the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, led by Ambassador Dr. Sofian Al-Qudah, and Deputy Ambassador Ammar Al-Dmour, along with the Director of International Cooperation and the Director of Rehabilitation and Training.
During the meeting, ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries were discussed, as well as expanding fields of joint cooperation in security and administrative aspects, in addition to following up the outcomes of the recent visit by the Syrian Interior Minister to the Kingdom.
Both parties emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and developing joint procedures, which contributes to enhancing coordination between the relevant agencies in the two countries, serving security and stability, and supporting the bonds of the strategic partnership existing between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Syrian Arab Republic.
