Saudi Arabia Leads Gulf IPOs with 41 Billion

Khaberni  - A report by the Kuwait Financial Center (Markaz) on initial public offerings in Gulf countries indicates that Saudi Arabia tops the region in terms of the total value of Gulf equity IPOs, reaching $4.1 billion which constitutes 79% of the total IPO value, while the main market captured 13 offerings at $3.7 billion, and the parallel market captured 23 offerings at $336 million.

According to the report, the region saw 40 offerings in the year 2025 with a total value of $5.1 billion, representing a 61% decrease compared to 2024.

 

Company IPOs

Public offerings by companies accounted for 76% of the total value during the year 2025, reaching $3.9 billion through 37 companies, while public offerings by Gulf government companies only constituted 24% of the total IPO value through 3 offerings totaling $1.2 billion.
