Khaberni - Following the directives of Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widian, the president of Amman Arab University, and eager to enhance employment opportunities for university students and expand the strategic partnership with labor market institutions, the Business College participated in the ”Odoo Sales Ambassador Orientation Day” program, held at the Grand Amman Hotel, with the participation of (15) students from the college, supervised by Dr. Ammar Al-Rawahneh, the Assistant Dean of the Business College, as part of the college's efforts to directly connect students with technical work environments and entrepreneurship, and provide opportunities for quality professional training and development.
The program featured intensive practical training on systems Odoo and professional sales methodologies, in addition to introducing students to the (Odoo Ambassador) track, which provides direct employment opportunities with the company, along with performance-based commissions, as well as future full-time employment tracks for outstanding students after graduation.
In this regard, Dr. Ahoud Al-Khasawneh, the Dean of the Business College at Amman Arab University, emphasized the importance of this participation, which reflects the college's vision in enhancing the competitiveness of its students in the local and regional job market, through effective networking with market institutions, and the development of practical skills associated with digital transformation, modern selling, and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP). Dr. Al-Khasawneh also noted the ongoing efforts of the Business College in adopting practical initiatives and impactful partnerships that align with the vision and mission of the university, and contribute to preparing graduates who are equipped to effectively integrate into the job market.
This participation is part of the agreement between Amman Arab University and the global company Odoo, aimed at supporting digital transformation and developing academic and practical skills, in a step that reflects the ongoing commitment of Amman Arab University to enhance this.
