Khaberni - Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel confirmed on Sunday that "no one dictates to his country what it does," responding to threats made by US President Donald Trump.
Diaz-Canel wrote in a message published on X platform that Cuba is a "free and independent nation".
He added, "Cuba does not aggress, but has been under aggression from the United States for 66 years, and it does not threaten, but prepares, and is ready to defend the homeland to the last drop of blood".
Trump had earlier called on Cuba to "reach an agreement before it's too late".
