Khaberni - Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, oversaw the graduation of 522 content creators and specialists in new media, within 7 specialized programs organized by the UAE Government Media Office and the New Media Academy in cooperation with several partners.
This was part of the events of the fourth edition of the Billion Follower Summit, the largest global summit in the content industry economy, organized by the UAE Government Media Office and hosted by the UAE during the period of 9 - 11 January (January) at "Emirates Towers, Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Museum of the Future" in Dubai, under the slogan "Purposeful Content", with the participation of over 15 thousand content creators and influencers and more than 500 speakers followed by 3.5 billion followers.
Quality Addition
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum congratulated the graduates, affirming that these competencies represent a quality addition to the government work system and digital media, contributing with their qualified capabilities in conveying the UAE's message in a modern and responsible manner, and enhancing its image before the world.
He said: "Investing in people is the foundation of future-making.. and training professional content creators is an important pillar for keeping up with changes, developing content that reflects the values of the UAE, meets its developmental aspirations, and enhances its presence and leadership regionally and globally."
7 specialized programs
The programs, which included 522 graduates, included the "Impact Makers" initiative, and the "Specialized Content Creators" program, and the program "Historical Content Creators" program, and the "Content Knight - Season Sixth" program, and the "Executive Diploma in Government Digital Communication" program, and the "Economic Content Leaders" program, in addition to the "Development of Managers and Experts in Social Communication" program.
The graduation ceremony included the "Public Speaking Skills, Media Appearance, and Crisis Media Management" program, and the "Humanitarian Impact Content Creators" program in both its Arabic and English editions within the "Impact Makers" initiative, which was launched by the International Human Affairs Council in cooperation with the New Media Academy. It includes several educational programs and specialized training workshops in digital media related to various humanitarian and development fields.
The program "Public Speaking Skills, Media Appearance, and Crisis Media Management" included a detailed explanation about the qualities that an effective spokesperson must possess, mechanisms for success, and the basics of dealing with traditional and modern media.
The graduation also included the Arabic version of the "Humanitarian Impact Content Creators" program, and the English version of the program aimed at attracting and developing the skills of humanitarian content creators from the Arab region and the world, providing them with the necessary skills to produce creative content that reflects humanitarian initiatives. The program included detailed explanations about storytelling techniques, scenario writing, video clips and editing, and the use of artificial intelligence tools in creating humanitarian content.
