Khaberni - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research confirmed today, Friday, that the decision to postpone university schedules or switch to an e-learning system is within the prerogatives of university presidents.
The ministry's spokesman, Mohannad Al-Khatib, told the Jordanian News Agency (Petra), that each university has its own assessment of the surrounding circumstances, which aligns with the legal powers granted to it.
Al-Khatib urged students to follow the official websites of their universities and their authenticated social media accounts to stay informed about any decisions issued by the university presidency, stressing the importance of obtaining information from its official sources and wishing safety for all students.
