The American Ambassador Admires the Development of Karate in Jordan  Photos

Khaberni - Today, the Jordanian Karate Federation organized a course for refining, reviving, classifying, and accrediting coaches for the local championships for the year 2026.
The course on the first day included theoretical lectures, most notably a lecture on artificial intelligence in motion analysis to achieve sports performance, delivered by Professor Dr. Ziad Al-Zayoud, Head of the Physical Education Department at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Yarmouk University.
The head of the judging committee, Captain Fayeq Al-Jaafari, gave a lecture to the referees about the new modifications in the sport of karate.
The national team under 21 qualifiers were held at the Prince Rashid Hall for Martial Arts with the participation of about seventy male and female players. The qualifiers were attended by the Minister of Youth, Dr. Raed Al-Adwan, the American Ambassador in Amman, Jim Holtsnider, and the director of Hussein Youth City, Mr. Raad Mirza.
The American ambassador expressed his admiration for the development of Jordanian karate and the global achievements and advanced positions our champions have acquired,
He thanked the Jordanian Karate Federation for the warm reception and their attention to the youth category and their keenness to expand the participation base in the sport of karate and its development.
In turn, the head of the federation, Hassan Masoud, appreciated the ambassador's presence and the fruitful meeting that brought him together with the Jordanian karate family, during which they discussed the achievements of karate and future development plans to continue these commendable accomplishments. An invitation was extended to the ambassador to attend the Asia Championship for juniors and youth, which will be hosted by the Jordanian Karate Federation next September.
