The company invited its customers to contact the call center in Dubai, visit their stores, or contact their authorized travel agent to inquire about rebooking options.
Meanwhile, Turkish Airlines announced the cancellation of 17 flights scheduled for Friday, January 9, and Saturday, January 10, to Tehran, Tabriz, and Mashhad, due to regional developments in Iran, indicating that affected passengers can contact the company for rebooking options and more details about their flights.
Iran has been experiencing protests for weeks, targeting economic conditions including price hikes.
These protests have led to a security escalation, with restrictions on movement and the closure of some roads and airports, affecting both civil aviation and the travel of nationals and foreigners alike.
