Stemming from the role of the College of Nursing at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in enhancing community health awareness, and its constant commitment to supporting women’s health and elevating the level of health education, the college organized a specialized event titled «Enhancing Women's Health», in collaboration with a number of supportive health entities, affirming the pivotal importance of women's health in building a healthy and sound community.
The event aimed to raise the level of health awareness among women concerning the major issues related to women's health, and to provide them with educational information on prevention and early detection of diseases, alongside highlighting the vital role of nursing in community health education and reinforcing cooperation and partnerships between the university and the supporting health institutions.
The event included a variety of awareness activities, notably providing specialized health guidance related to women’s health, responding to attendees' inquiries by health professionals, in addition to distributing educational materials and brochures, and offering services and diagnostic screenings supported by the collaborating entities.
The event witnessed notable attendance and distinguished participation from students, faculty members, and visitors, where the audience actively engaged with the presented activities, showing clear interest in the educational content and the health services offered.
